Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on phppiso. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
phppiso may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phppiso username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phppiso strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. phppiso will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
All financial transactions on phppiso are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phppiso does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
phppiso currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. phppiso reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
phppiso offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
phppiso employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers. phppiso reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
All games available on the phppiso platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
phppiso uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phppiso reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. phppiso's decision in such matters is final. phppiso will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phppiso platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the phppiso platform — including but not limited to the phppiso name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of phppiso or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phppiso platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phppiso platform without prior written consent from phppiso.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phppiso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
phppiso's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phppiso does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phppiso shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

phppiso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phppiso will notify registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the phppiso platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phppiso's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint to our support team, and phppiso will endeavor to resolve the matter within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through phppiso's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes relating to gaming regulatory matters may be referred to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with its established procedures.
